You are receiving this message because your team is playing in the 3/9-3/10 Effingham USSSA March Mayhem this Saturday. If for any reason you CANNOT play this weekend, please respond to this message so we can remove you.
The schedule for this event will be released tomorrow at 1:00pm.
Coaches, this is a final reminder to please take care of any roster additions asap. The national office closes at 3pm on Friday and approvals often take 24 hrs. If you have a roster addition that needs approval, please submit it today or at the very latest, tomorrow.
Guest Players can be added until 11:59pm on Friday night. That is not something that needs National Director approval but please make sure all your Guest Players are added and in the system by Friday. On Saturday, the Guest Player list is frozen and rosters are locked, even for the National Director.
There is admission for all spectators:
Age 11+: $10
Age 6-10: $5
5 & Under: Free
Please remind your fans that the spectator admission is CASH ONLY. No venmo, cash app or digital payments are accepted.
